Linda Davis, a 4th grade teacher at C.D. Franks Elementary School recently earned the title of Arkansas Veterans of Foreign Wars Citizenship Education Teacher of the Year. The award was presented by the Billy T. Norton VFW Post 4562 in Texarkana.
