                Attention Grandparents:  All meetings will be held at 1:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month the year.   The time change is due to I am working at another campus in the A.M. . . .

I hope each of you is having a great day.  During our meeting last Thursday we discussed what we would like to do throughout the year.  For those that were not able to attend I have attached the agenda for the year along with this letter and below you also have a list of upcoming birthdays.  You may want to send a card or call them to wish them Happy Birthday.

Please look over the agenda and mark your calendars for the up coming meetings.  We have had several members not attending lately and would like to see them return.  Also you are welcome to invite anyone to join us for any of the meetings.

Oct. 20^th   - Halloween Party – 1:00 p.m.

                        ^{Dress in tacky outfit or Custom- Prizes for best custom or tackiest}

                        ^{Bring your favorite finger foods and candies.}

                        ^{Will be playing games, prizes, and craft}

^{Start Bring Non-Perishable food for Christmas food basket}

^{Nov. 17th – Thanksgiving Luncheon-1:00 p.m.}

            ^{We will be having Potluck – during a dish or two}

                     ^{Guest Speaker-please invite friends for a great turn out.}

^{Dec. 8th- Christmas Party-1:00 p.m.}

          ^{Christmas Party                                        Games, prizes, and craft}

^{$5.00 gift exchange}

^{Give Food Basket Away}

^{Jan. 19th- Scrapbooking-1:00 p.m.}

            ^{Scrapbooking                     Bring Finger foods}

                    ^{Guest Speaker}                  

^{Feb. 16th – Valentine’s Party-1:00 p.m.}

                        ^{Bring Valentine’s candies, cards, etc.- which ever you want to bring.}

                        ^{Games, prizes and craft}

                        ^{Bring finger foods & Candy}

^{Mar. 16th- Jonquil Festival- 9:00 a.m.}

                        ^{Will be making a trip to Old Washington for the festival}

                        ^{Bring our Lunch or eat there.}

                        ^{RSVP if you will be attending}

^{Apr. 19th- Golden Corral-12:00 p.m.}

                        ^{Will leave the Parent Center @ 12:30p.m.}

                        ^{RSVP if you are planning to attend}

^{May 17th- End of Year Cookout-1:00 p.m.}

                        ^{We will be cooking out at the Parent Center}

                        ^{I will let you know what to bring for the cookout.}
