EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
2011-2012
Employees of Ashdown School District are entitled to additional benefits as described below:
(1) Health insurance contributions from district in the amount of $160 per month.
(2) Teacher retirement contributions from the district in the amount of 14% of gross salary.
(3) Social Security tax contributions from the district in the amount of 6.2% of gross salary.
(4) Medicare tax contributions from the district in the amount of 1.45% of gross salary.
2010-2011
