Ashdown High School Class of 1986

     Can anyone believe it has been 20 years since we left Ashdown High School?  Some have traveled far, others stayed and some moved on and then back.  We have all been through different experiences, but all have one connection and that is being the Class of 1986 from Ashdown High School.  We invite everyone back to reconnect and catch up during the weekend of October 27 & 28, 2006.  We will celebrate in conjunction with the annual homecoming festivities at AHS.

AHS Homecoming Parade – we decorate and ride on the 1986 Class float

AHS Homecoming Pre Game Festivities 6:45 p.m. (Dick Hays Stadium)

Mixer at Presbyterian Church (Cake & Punch Served)

Saturday, October 28^th

Breakfast at Golden Corral  (Texarkana) 10 a.m. – Dutch Treat

We have scheduled a Tour of the AHS High School Construction Site 11:30 a.m.

Decorate for banquet at AJHS Cafeteria 1 p.m.

Banquet at AJHS Cafeteria 7 p.m. - $15 per person

We are working really hard to plan a nice, casual reunion;

T-shirts are being ordered at a cost of $15 each for ___ S   ___ M   ___ L ___ XL ___2XL ___3XL ___ 4XL.

The shirts will be purple, regular t-shirt style with no collar.  All 1986 graduates will be listed on the back.  We will wear these Friday to all activities.

We are planning to create a "Special Memories” DVD, please bring (or e-mail) special photos, stories, newspaper clippings, etc. that you would like to share with your classmates.  These memories will be included in the DVD.  We will be selling these at a cost of $10 and they will be mailed upon completion.
